FAQs
Once we talk on the phone and reach an agreement on the value of your car, we will arrange an onsite inspection. If we find the condition of your car is as you described, we will pay you instantly.
If the condition of your car is not as you described, we will discuss the price with you further. This could be because we believe the car’s value is affected by its history or condition, such as unusual features, customisation, excessive kilometres or service history.
We pride ourselves on being straightforward and easy to deal with. With Sell Your Car Fast, you’ll get an accurate offer on your car.
Others may only provide you with an automatically generated amount that’s not a true reflection of your vehicle’s worth.
When we make an offer and your car is presented as discussed, then that offer is the price we’ll buy your car for.
We will pay the agreed sale price into your account by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) when we collect your car. As with all EFT payments, standard bank processing times apply. If you prefer, we can issue a bank cheque.
We need to establish that the person selling the vehicle is its owner. That’s why we need you to have the following:

- Your bank account details
If your vehicle has any finance outstanding, we will require a letter with the settlement figure from the finance company.
When we book your appointment, we will confirm all items and paperwork you need to have with you.
Please don’t forget to take all your personal belongings from the car prior to your appointment.
